Sunshine golf at the ICV Challenge near Parma

Glorious sunshine accompanied the latest round of our golf challenge, yesteray at La Rocca golf club, near Parma.

There was a terrific response from local players who competed in large numbers. The presence for the first time of representatives from Barclays Bank as co-sponsor was much appreciated - they contributed a delicious round of Parmesan cheese to the post-play buffet - as was our other co-sponsor, the Lodi Corazza vineyard. Once again their excellent wines were welcomed warmly by all.

Once again we gave away a golf break to one lucky player during the prize-giving - this time it was for a 2-night stay at a quality hotel close to Lecco Golf Club.

Our next round is scheduled for July 10th in the stunning context of a private island in the Venice lagoon - Albarella - where we shall also be holding the final in early October.
